Trimetosol 48% – 80/400mg/ml Suspension
Description
Trimetosol 80/400 mg/ml Suspension is a white to light brown suspension.
Each ml contains 80mg trimethoprim and 400mg sulfamethoxazole as its active ingredients.
Indication
Treatment and metaphylaxis of:
• Colibacillosis caused by Escherichia coli susceptible to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.
• Coryza caused by Avibacterium paragallinarum susceptible to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole.
Dosage
Trimethoprim and Sulfamethoxazole: 33mg / kg body weight daily, for 3 to 4 days.
Trimetosol 80/400 mg/ml Suspension: Mix 1L to 3000 litres (660 gallons) of drinking water, for 3 to 4 days.
