About the role
- Base Salary: RM 9,000 – RM 6,000 Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts — feed mills, integrated players, and large farms.
Requirements
- ● Minimum 1 year in Sales/Account Management with direct customer ownership (an existing network within Livestock and Agriculture Sales is a significant advantage)
- ● Willing to travel to farms and customer sites as the job requires
- ● Comfortable working independently — you don't need to be managed day-to-day
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- ● Prospect and open new accounts within the livestock supply chain
- ● Build relationships at multiple levels: procurement, farm managers, technical teams
- ● Present and recommend our products based on each customer's flock or operation needs
- ● Follow through on everything — quotes, samples, delivery issues, after-sales support
- ● Keep the MD updated with concise, honest reporting on your pipeline and accounts
THE PACKAGE
- ● Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly on net sales — top performers consistently add RM 3,000–6,000/month above base
- ● Comprehensive Car Allowance, Petrol, Toll, Parking, etc.

- ● Direct Reporting Line to the MD
