About the roleYou'll sit at the centre of our operations, linking purchasing, sales, production and QC so the right materials are in the right place at the right time. You'll own three things: inventory accuracy, material availability for production, and on-time dispatch. You'll report to the Admin Manager, and you'll have the authority to challenge how things are done and drive changes across departments.What you'll doDemand and material planning:- Build demand forecasts with the sales team, using sales history and upcoming orders- Turn forecasts and production plans into raw material and packaging requirements, and flag purchase needs to purchasing early enough to cover lead timesInventory:- Keep stock records in Odoo accurate through regular cycle counts, and investigate and resolve variances- Track the QC status of incoming materials so production isn't held up waiting for releasesOrders and dispatch:- Process local and export sales orders in Odoo (Our ERP system)- Work with logistics companies and internal documentation teams so orders leave on timeCross-department coordination:- Be the link between purchasing, sales, production and QC- When something is going to be late, short or wrong, raise it early and openly, never sit on it- Call meetings and push for process changes when the current way of working isn't workingSystems and reporting:- Use Odoo daily and help guide its development by identifying the workflows, reports and features that would make operations run better- Report regularly to management on stock levels, material availability and dispatch performance

About the RoleHandle product registration and renewals with local and overseas authorities — from compiling dossiers to following up on approvals. You'll keep our regulatory records tight, coordinate across departments, and make sure our products stay compliant and market-ready.What You'll Do- Prepare, compile, and submit registration and renewal dossiers to local and overseas authorities- Follow up on registration correspondence and respond to authority queries- Coordinate packaging and marketing materials for compliance and accuracy- Liaise with authorities, suppliers, and internal teams on regulatory matters- Apply for GMP, CPP, and Certificate of Free Sale as needed- Keep the regulatory archive up-to-date and stay current on regulations

Responsibilities: Handling, storage, documentation and control of scheduled poisons, psychotropic and dangerous drugs. Organise and supervise manufacturing processes. 

Responsibilities: Calculate & Record BMR, Raw Material Lifting (>25kg), Production Task and Cleaning.
